ABOUT US
Skilled professionals with over 25 years combined expertise within the addiction treatment and recovery space.
Ravenbridge Wellness was built from lived experience, professional expertise, and a shared belief that recovery is most powerful when individuals and families heal together.
Zoë Roberts and Lisa Simone met in 2019 through a mutual client, someone Lisa was working with directly and someone Zoë had gone to school with. From the beginning, there was an immediate sense of connection and mutual respect. What stood out most was not only the work each of them was doing, but how they were doing it: with integrity, honesty, compassion, and a wholehearted commitment to helping people heal.
As they began case managing together, it quickly became clear that their perspectives complemented one another in a unique and meaningful way. Lisa brings the lived experience of recovery from addiction. Zoë brings the lived experience of recovery from codependency. Together, those perspectives created something deeper than traditional case management. By supporting both the individual and the family, they were able to offer a more complete recovery model, one rooted in connection, accountability, healthy boundaries, and healing for the entire family system.
That work became the foundation of Ravenbridge Wellness, founded in May 2025. The mission of Ravenbridge Wellness is to help people struggling with addiction, and the families who love them, heal from the inside out. The practice is built on the belief that lasting recovery is not only about ending destructive patterns, but also about rebuilding trust, restoring relationships, and creating a new way forward for everyone involved.
Together, Lisa and Zoë bring more than 25 years of combined experience to this work. Lisa brings 16 years of experience in addiction treatment and recovery. She is accredited as a Canadian Certified Addiction Counsellor and Canadian Certified Recovery Coach, with extensive experience in sober coaching, sober companioning, case management, advocacy, and holistic recovery support. Her professional background includes more than a decade at Fresh Start Recovery Centre in Calgary, as well as training in motivational interviewing, medically assisted treatment, ethical considerations, and family wellness. She also integrates holistic modalities such as mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT, and Yoga of 12-Step Recovery into her work. Lisa’s own long-term sobriety, along with her ability to create a grounded and compassionate space for clients, shapes the heart of her approach.
Zoë brings 11 years of experience as an intervention specialist and family advocate. She is known for guiding families through some of the most difficult moments in addiction with empathy, precision, and unwavering support. Her work centers on interventions, family healing, and helping loved ones break cycles of fear and codependency by building healthier boundaries and stronger family systems. In addition to supporting interventions, Zoë designs and facilitates family programs for private treatment centres, helping families move from crisis and overwhelm toward clarity, connection, and long-term healing.
At Ravenbridge Wellness, the work is rooted in both lived experience and professional excellence. Lisa and Zoë have seen firsthand what happens when individuals and families are supported together, and Ravenbridge Wellness was created to offer exactly that: deeply committed and integrated care for people ready to heal deeply and recover together.
